Creative Communication Practices: How to Reduce Stress and Improve Quality of Life

Learn tools to effectively communicate with a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias to reduce stress, and diffuse challenging situations to improve quality of life. The session provides strategies to navigate all stages of the disease while also providing resources to strengthen caregiver well-being.
